కొంచెం ఉప్ప పడతాయి . లేకపోతే ఉప్పు కారం కొలతలు సమం. )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;కారం _ 4 టీ&amp;nbsp; స్పూన్స్ (సుమారుగా)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;మెంతి పిండి _&amp;nbsp; పావు &amp;nbsp; టీ స్పూన్&amp;nbsp; ** మెంతులు వేయించి పొడి కొట్టుకొని పెట్టుకోవాలి**&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; (మెంతి పిండి ఎక్కువ అయితే పచ్చడి చేదు వస్తుంది. అందుకని కొంచమే కలపాలి)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;పోపు&amp;nbsp; (ఆవాలు, పచ్చి సెనగపప్పు, మినప పప్పు, ఎండు మిరపకాయలు , ఇంగువ, కరివేపాకు)&lt;br /&gt;నూనె&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;విధానము ::&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ముందుగ మామిడికాయని కడిగి తడి లేకుండా తుడిచి ముక్కలు కోసి&amp;nbsp; పెట్టుకోవాలి.&amp;nbsp; తరువాత కారం , ఉప్పు, మెంతి పిండి అన్ని ముక్కలలో వేసుకొని సమంగా కలిసేటట్లు కలుపుకోవాలి. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;కొంచెం ఎక్కువగా నూనె వేసుకొని పోపు వేసి&amp;nbsp; వేడి ఆరిన తరువాత పచ్చడిలో&amp;nbsp; కలపండి . &amp;nbsp; గాలి చొరకుండా సీసాలో వేసుకొని&amp;nbsp; మూత పెట్టుకొని ఫ్రిజ్జులో పెట్టుకోండి . ఇది రెండు నెలల వరకు నిలువ వుంటుంది.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients ::&lt;br /&gt;Raw Mango - 1 &lt;br /&gt;Red chilli powder - 4 Tea&amp;nbsp; spoons&lt;br /&gt;Salt -3 Tea spoons&lt;br /&gt;(*** note :: We need to put less salt. Cause its table salt the mango pieces will be salty after few days)&lt;br /&gt;Roasted fenugreek powder - 1/4 tea spoon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For seasoning :&lt;br /&gt;mustard seeds,chana dal, urad dal, red chillies, hing , curry leaves.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedure :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Wash Mango with cold water. Wipe with a dry cloth. Cut it into pieces.&lt;br /&gt;2. Take a dry bowl put salt,red chilli powder, roasted fenugreek seed&amp;nbsp; powder . Add mango pieces to this mixture and mix them thoroughly .&lt;br /&gt;3. Put some oil in kadai add the seasoning ingredients . Once they are done let them cool for some time and then mix into the Mango mixture.&lt;br /&gt;4. Put Seasoning along with oil in pan after cracking the mustard seeds put curry leaves then ginger*green chilli paste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. After a little fry (not too much ) add brinjal pieces.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. put some water, turmeric, salt  in it cover the lid until it is done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.
