For POORI BISCUIT ::
- All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
- wheat flour :: 1 cup
- eggs :: 3
- sugar :: 1 1/2 cup
- oil :: 2 t spoons
- salt :: pinch
PROCEDURE ::
- First take the flours and sugar in a bowl .
- Add a pinch of salt .
- Beat the eggs in the other bowl add it to the flours .
- Then knead the dough like a ball .
- Then add the oil to dough and mix it well .
- The reason adding the oil to the dough is dough should not sticky to the hands.
- Make a small balls and press them all with the roller like puris .
- After that fry them all in a oil.
- you can store these up to a week .
