BISCUITS

 
For POORI BISCUIT ::

  • All purpose flour  1 1/2 cup
  • wheat flour :: 1 cup
  • eggs :: 3
  • sugar :: 1 1/2 cup
  • oil :: 2 t spoons
  • salt :: pinch


PROCEDURE ::

  • First take the flours and sugar in a bowl .
  • Add a pinch of salt .
  • Beat the eggs in the other bowl add it to the flours .
  • Then knead the dough like a ball .



  • Then add the oil to dough and mix it well .
  • The reason adding the oil to the dough is dough should not sticky to the hands.
  • Make a small balls and press them all with the roller like puris .
  • After that fry them all in a oil.
  • you can store these up to a week .
