Egg plants(chinese brinjal or small brinjal *** anything u can use)
Green chilli and ginger (Make a paste or shred as per your taste)
salt,turmeric
seasoning(oil, mustard seeds , red chilli, chana dal , urad dal,curry leaves)
Optional ::
Dried green peas (soak 24 hrs )
Procedure ::
1. Put Seasoning along with oil in pan after cracking the mustard seeds put curry leaves then ginger*green chilli paste.
2. After a little fry (not too much ) add brinjal pieces.
3. put some water, turmeric, salt in it cover the lid until it is done.
4. If you are adding Dried peas let them cook . Otherwise you can add green peas.
Eat with rice.
